How do we source our tea?
We only stock tea from farms and farmers we have visited personally!
Does our tea contain caffeine?
Green, White, Oolong, Black and Dark teas all have varying levels of naturally occurring caffein.
How to store your teas?
When storing your tea make sure you avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, moisture and odorous places.
It is also recommended for green teas to be stored in a fridge
Do tea expire? How long can I keep it?
Some teas age better and some dont.
The-older-the-better teas: white teas, Pu-erh teas, dark teas – These teas have no expiration dates.
The-fresher-the-better teas: green teas (18 months), oolong teas (18-36 months), black teas (36 months)
The months indicated for the latter teas are simply "best before" guidelines. As long as they've been stored well, they're still fine to drink, though the flavor may not be quite the same.
How fresh are your green teas
Our green teas are freshly made every spring, usually in March and April. We don’t offer any green teas older than one year because we want you to enjoy the very best in freshness.
To maintain peak flavor, we keep our green teas refrigerated, helping them stay vibrant and delicious even months after they’re harvested.

How Long will it take to get my order?
It takes 24 hours for your order to be processed, and depending on your state, it will take 1-10 business days to arrive in Australia.
QLD, NSW: 1-3 business days
VIC, ACT, SA: 2-5 business days
WA, TAS, NT: 6-10 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What couriers do you use?
Our primary courier is Australia Post but we also use the services of all major couriers!
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
