From Humble Beginnings
Three friends who spent our youth together, each from different backgrounds but united by friendship. We grew up in different households, but that didn't stop us from becoming close friends. Over the years, life took us in different directions, and we found ourselves living in separate cities, leading completely different lives.
Eventually, we all ended up back in our hometown and got together to reminisce about old memories over a pot of Hero No. 9. We brought along a friend from China who shared our passion for quality tea and authentic cultural experiences. Growing up, she had always been immersed in traditional Chinese tea culture, and as we spent hours reconnecting over cup after cup, he shared stories of tea traditions and family heritage. The warmth of the tea and the bonds of friendship, both old and new, inspired us to turn this moment into something bigger.
Together, all four of us traveled to China, visiting tea farms and connecting directly with the farmers who craft these exceptional teas. With our combined expertise and connections in China's tea regions, we were able to establish direct relationships with trusted farmers who have been cultivating tea for generations.
