We aim to dispatch all orders on the same business day, subject to stock availability and order confirmation. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During promotional or peak periods, please allow up to 2 business days for processing.

All Australian orders are shipped via courier and include full tracking. To ensure successful delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone is available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If delivery cannot be completed, parcels may be redirected to the nearest post office or courier depot for collection.
Please note that Australia Post may limit services in some rural or semi-rural areas and signature-on-delivery may not always be available. Deliveries to WA, TAS, NT, and regional areas may be subject to extended delivery times. Delays may also occur during peak periods such as public holidays, Christmas, and promotional events.
